Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks a results-driven Wealth Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and deepen relationships. You will execute plans from LMS and bank campaigns, and provide wealth advisory services while reviewing portfolios to grow AUM.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, CFP with licenses, and at least 2 years in wealth sales, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to cross-sell and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers sourced from LMS leads and self-generated leads
• Collaborate with sales personnel at PBC/branch/region levels on campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
• Provide investment and wealth advisory services, including portfolio management support
• Conduct periodic reviews of customer portfolios to grow AUM
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue
• Arrange appointments, conduct visits, prospect, and maintain ongoing engagement
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and generate referrals
• Work with Centre Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on activities and promotions
• Prepare sales performance reports and competitor analysis for management review
• Ensure full compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and sales code of ethics

Job description

Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers sourced from the Bank's leads (LMS) and self-generated leads

Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at PBC/branch/region levels on sales activities and campaigns for customer acquisition and retention

Provide investment and wealth advisory services to customers, including portfolio management support

Conduct periodic reviews of customers' investment portfolios to grow Assets Under Management (AUM)

Identify and plan cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase customers' PHR and overall revenue

Arrange appointments, conduct sales visitations, prospecting, and maintain ongoing customer engagement

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and generate referrals

Work closely with the Centre Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotions, and campaigns

Prepare sales performance reports and competitor analysis for management review

Ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and sales code of ethics

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field of study

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with valid FIMM, PCE, CEILI, and IPPC licenses

Minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in wealth management and banca products within financial institutions

Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possess all relevant licenses required for the portfolio

Strong sales and results-oriented mindset

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
