Job summary

Sun Life Malaysia Assurance Berhad is seeking a data-driven professional to drive growth in the existing customer portfolio through segmentation, cross-sell and upsell strategies. You will develop targeted campaigns, work with Distribution, Product, Data Analytics and Marketing, and oversee end-to-end cross-sell portfolios.

You will identify protection gaps, craft value propositions, and oversee campaign delivery with a focus on customer value, revenue, and ROI across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, finance or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking or financial services.
• Experience in customer segmentation, cross-selling and campaign management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize the value of the existing customer portfolio.
• Partner with Data Analytics to define segments and campaign eligibility criteria.
• Create cross-sell, upsell and next-best-offer strategies based on customer data.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Distribution and Marketing on offers and narratives.
• Own the cross-sell campaign pipeline and annual/quarterly roadmaps.
• Evaluate opportunities by value, revenue, ROI and resource needs.
• Lead campaigns from ideation to implementation with clear ownership and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across data, product, underwriting, operations, finance and marketing.
• Design customer engagement journeys across advisor, partner and digital touchpoints.
• Profile priority client segments to define target needs and commercial potential.
