Job summary

Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Campaigns & Repurchase to drive value through targeted campaigns across the existing customer base.

You will translate insights into repurchase, cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, lead end-to-end campaigns with cross-functional teams, and own the customer engagement strategy to deepen relationships and product penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial, Business, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines.
• 7–10 years of experience in financial services or insurance, focused on marketing campaigns or product development.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and end-to-end execute marketing campaigns including cross-sell, up-sell and new customer initiatives.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Product, Analytics and Martech teams to activate campaigns.
• Prepare business performance reports and analytic insights for campaigns.
• Handle campaign inquiries via hotline and mailbox.
• Drive development and deployment of customer engagement communications via CEP/CRM tools.
