Job summary

Mega Pusatjaya Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Customs Clearance & Import Documentation Executive to join our international logistics team in Malaysia. You will manage documentation for sea freight imports and coordinate with agents, lines, and customers to ensure timely clearance and delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in sea freight imports or freight forwarding, with strong knowledge of Port Klang procedures and Malaysian customs requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sea freight imports, customs clearance or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of Port Klang import clearance procedures and Malaysian Customs requirements.
• Experience handling shipping documents: Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Delivery Order (DO).
• Familiarity with K1 customs declarations, HS Codes, import duties, SST and Dagang Net.
• Ability to coordinate independently with licensed customs agents, shipping lines, transporters and customers.
• Knowledge of CIDB-related import requirements for construction materials is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for coordination with China-based partners.
