Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Admin Assistant to support policy administration and improve the team’s efficiency through practical work measurement tools and procedures.

The role requires a degree, at least 2 years of insurance experience, and knowledge of processing and underwriting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will handle data entry, maintain confidentiality, and ensure accurate document processing.

Qualifications

• Degree holder (Fresh Graduate Welcome).
• Minimum 2 years of insurance working experience.
• Preferably with Insurance Certificate Qualification knowledge.
• Good and sound knowledge of processing.
• Sound knowledge of insurance underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the team leader in policy administration.
• Maximise team efficiency through work measurement tools and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ethical practices, company code of conduct, policies, rules & regulations.
• Handle data processing and input into systems accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and protect operations.
• Printing and sorting of policy documents (if applicable).
• Batching source documents to branch after processing when required.
• Liaise with staff of branches when required.
• Report daily outstanding items and escalate discrepancies to superior.
