Job summary

Prudential Malaysia is seeking a Policy Data Management Associate to handle policy service requests and update customer data in accordance with guidelines. You will report to a Team Lead in Policy Services and contribute to timely processing within service level agreements.

The role requires 1–2 years in life insurance policy servicing, strong data accuracy, and proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for peak periods and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 1–2 years life insurance policy servicing experience.
• Knowledge of Life, ILP and term insurance is advantageous.
• Experience in customer data management preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process policy service requests daily per guidelines.
• Update customer data such as address and contacts.
• Coordinate with team lead to resolve escalations.
• Maintain accuracy to meet service standards.
