Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an Insurance Operations Associate in Malaysia to support policy administration and processing across markets such as Hong Kong and Singapore. Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged; prior insurance operations or underwriting experience is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of general insurance products and policy administration.
• Experience in Shared Services is a plus.
• Cantonese proficiency required for HK/Singapore stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Validate and enter customer proposals and transactions into the policy processing system.
• Ensure adherence to processing turnaround times for applications and transactions.
• Generate quotations, new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and admin tasks for consumer lines.
• Communicate with Underwriters and clients to gather information for policy administration and servicing.
• Organize and maintain electronic databases and data input tasks.
• Investigate and rectify rework issues to ensure process accuracy.
