Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd, established since 2012, seeks a Project Coordinator / PMO Coordinator to drive ICT project activities and maintain audit-ready documentation. This onsite, contract role is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, supporting governance and compliance across multiple projects.

You will coordinate end-to-end project documentation, manage repositories, and assist finance with project closing and capitalisation, while ensuring timely completion and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/tech-related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, PMO, governance, finance coordination or document management.
• Experience supporting ICT or technology projects is preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and project financial documentation.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end ICT project activities and documentation processes.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain project documentation to ensure completeness and audit readiness.
• Manage documentation repositories and support the organisation of key project records.
• Coordinate financial documentation including purchase requests, orders, contracts, SOIs, invoices and approvals.
• Monitor documentation status and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with ICT governance policies and support audit requirements.
• Support finance during closing activities and project capitalisation processes.
• Identify documentation gaps and recommend process improvements.
