HeiTech Padu Berhad is seeking a PMO Specialist to standardize processes, monitor governance, and prepare management reports to support informed, timely decision-making across the organization.

The role covers PMO governance, project monitoring and reporting, coordination with stakeholders, and comprehensive project documentation management. A Bachelor's degree and relevant PM certifications are preferred, with 2–5 years of PMO experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, PM, or equivalent.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification is an added advantage.
• 2–5 years in PMO, project management, or project support.

Aufgaben

• Ensure projects comply with PMO standards, processes, and methodologies.
• Prepare periodic reports covering project status, risks, issues, financials, and progress.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
• Assist financial tracking: budgeting, invoices, PR/PO processing, and cost review.
• Review contracts, SOW, scope definitions, and Change Requests for compliance.
• Maintain and enhance PMO artefacts and templates.
• Ensure documentation is complete and stored in the repository.
