Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager to lead strategy, governance, and overall project operations in Johor. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget and standards.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost, risk and quality management, driving issue resolution and performance reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM, real estate or related field.
Minimum 10 years of PMO/project management experience.
Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure or data centre projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, governance, regulations and compliance.
Strong experience in schedule, cost, risk and quality management.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Willing to work in Sedenak, Kulai, Johor.

Responsibilities

Lead PMO strategy, project governance and overall project operations.
Oversee project planning, schedule, cost, risk and quality management.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of issues and risks.
Oversee resource planning and project performance.
Establish and improve PMO processes, systems and reporting.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior management.
