Fiscal Therapy Management in Malaysia seeks a Lead PMO to steer strategy, governance and day-to-day project operations across large-scale initiatives. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk and quality management while coordinating with internal teams, consultants and contractors in Kulai, Sedenak and Johor.

She/He will monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of issues, oversee resource planning, and report performance to senior management to ensure delivery within

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM, real estate or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of PMO/project management experience.
• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, governance, regulations and compliance.
• Strong schedule, cost, risk and quality management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO strategy, project governance and overall project operations.
• Oversee planning, schedule, cost, risk and quality management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and drive timely issue/risk resolution.
• Oversee resource planning and project performance.
• Establish and improve PMO processes, systems and reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior management.
