Zusammenfassung

SPEED (SPEED2U) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycles in a dynamic environment in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will own detailed project plans, track milestones, manage risks and coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, BA, QA, and vendors.

Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential. You will prepare status reports, manage changes, and ensure Go-Live readiness while maintaining PMO governance and documentation standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing full lifecycle.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and monitoring skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources and delivery timelines.
• Establish and maintain the approved project baseline and ensure activities remain aligned to the agreed schedule.
• Monitor project progress against approved plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify delays, slippage, dependencies and deviations early and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare accurate and timely weekly/monthly project status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT preparation, execution, defect tracking and closure.
• Monitor deployment and Go-Live readiness against defined criteria.
• Conduct regular project meetings and document decisions, owners and deadlines.
