Segi Fresh seeks a sharp PMO Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technology delivery. You will map end-to-end processes, translate needs to functional specs, and support dashboards, automation, and reporting in an Agile/Hybrid Agile setting.

We are looking for a sharp, highly observant PMO Business Analyst to serve as the critical bridge between business operations and technology delivery. Based within our central PMO, you will go beyond documenting requirements. You will actively understand business challenges, identify operational inefficiencies, map end-to-end processes, and translate business needs into practical and scalable digital solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Store Operations, Supply Chain/DC, HR, Commercial, Marketing, and Corporate Functions, translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, dashboards, and automated workflows within an Agile/Hybrid Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Discovery & Requirements Analysis
Conduct on-ground process discovery across retail stores, distribution centers, and HQ functions to understand operational challenges, manual workarounds, and process bottlenecks.
Map and analyze "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" business processes" using standard process modelling techniques such as BPMN.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for digitalization and automation.
Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, including BRD, FRS, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for IT teams and software vendors.
2. Cross-Functional Solution Design & Project Delivery
Lead business analysis activities for key digital transformation initiatives, including:
Store Receiving and Stock-Taking simplification
WMS picking workflow enhancement
CRM and marketing automation
Customer Feedback / CSAT systems
Enterprise reporting and dashboard initiatives
Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
Define reporting requirements, KPI calculations, business rules, and dashboard layouts for enterprise reporting, including HR Power BI dashboards and Store/Area Manager performance dashboards.
Support RFP preparation, vendor demonstrations, solution evaluation, and functional gap analysis.
Facilitate discussions between business users, IT teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
3. UAT, Change Management & User Adoption
Develop comprehensive UAT strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and user scripts based on approved business requirements.
Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with key business stakeholders.
Track defects, coordinate issue resolution with IT/vendors, and validate fixes before deployment.
Support change management activities by preparing user manuals, training materials, process guides, and SOPs.
Work closely with Store, DC, and HQ teams to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Conduct post-go-live validation and gather user feedback to assess system adoption, process improvements, and business benefits.
4. Process Improvement, Automation & Data Quality
Continuously identify manual, paper-based, and repetitive processes that can be improved through automation, workflow solutions, or low-code applications.
Evaluate opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency through digital solutions.
Work with data and IT teams to establish data validation rules, business logic, and data quality requirements.
Support data governance initiatives to maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting platforms.
Monitor business outcomes and identify further opportunities for continuous improvement.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or a related role.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution analysis, and UAT execution.
Experience supporting multi-site or enterprise-wide system implementations is highly preferred.
Experience in retail, grocery, FMCG, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or other multi-site operations will be an advantage.
Technical & Business Skills
Strong proficiency in business requirements gathering, process modelling, user story development, UAT management, and requirements documentation.
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as POS, WMS, ERP, CRM, inventory, or retail systems.
Comfortable working with data teams to define KPI logic, business rules, and reporting requirements.
Basic SQL / data querying knowledge is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and practical solutions.
