Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation via stakeholder interviews/workshops/surveys to uncover goals and pain points.
• Document BRDs, user stories, and process flows; prepare dashboards/reports for executives.
• Map as-is/to-be workflows and identify automation opportunities using AI/ML; drive Generative AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and designers; support Agile/Scrum; assist in UAT testing.
• Explore Generative AI use cases and stay current on AWS/AI trends for business applicability.

About the Role

We're looking for an IT Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology—translating complex requirements into actionable solutions while exploring Generative AI's potential to revolutionize operations. Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Elicitation & Analysis

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to uncover pain points and goals.

Define clear, actionable requirements for projects involving AWS, AI, and data analytics.

Perform gap analyses to align business processes with technical solutions.

2. Documentation & Communication

Craft detailed BRDs, user stories, and process flows (using tools like Lucidchart/draw.io).

Prepare dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) to visualize insights for executives.

Communicate complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.

3. Process Improvement & Innovation

Map as-is/to-be workflows and identify automation opportunities using AI/ML tools.

Lead brainstorming sessions to reimagine processes with Generative AI (e.g., chatbots for customer ops, AI-driven reporting).

Collaborate with data teams to ensure high-quality, actionable data pipelines.

4. Technical Collaboration

Partner with developers, data engineers, and designers to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Support Agile/Scrum teams by refining backlogs and validating deliverables.

Assist in UAT testing to guarantee solutions solve real-world problems.

5. AI & Digital Transformation

Explore Generative AI use cases (e.g., document summarization, predictive analytics).

Stay ahead of AWS/AI trends and assess their business applicability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business IT, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

Seasoned candidates (3+ years): Show us your enterprise-scale transformations or AI-driven process improvements.

Bonus: Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMP.
