Job summary

LINKWING CLOUD TECH MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned materials planner to manage orders, material availability, and ECN-related changes for server PCBA production in Malaysia.

You will coordinate with procurement, PMC, and sales to ensure on-time delivery and optimal material control. Requirements include 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to plan, forecast, and report on materials and production status.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics management, or electronics-related fields.
• Over 3 years of experience in server PCBA or other electronic industry MC/PC-related work, with strong execution ability.
• Proficient in ERP system operations, skilled in using common Excel functions, and possess good numerical sensitivity.
• Familiar with the entire production process of server PCBA and the procurement cycle of electronic components, with good planning abilities.
• Strong ability to handle pressure, learn, and adapt; strong service awareness; patient and detail-oriented; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full process management of customer work orders, material availability accounting, follow-up, and control to ensure complete production materials.
• Responsible for managing materials related to ECN engineering changes, inventory and loss control, and the prevention, reporting, and handling of obsolete materials.
• Develop production schedules based on customer orders, follow up on production progress, and ensure timely order delivery.
• Liaise with the procurement team to follow up on material delivery times, handle material anomalies, and update material status accordingly.
• Collaborate with the PMC supervisor to complete production-sales coordination and order delivery management, and prepare production and material-related reports.
• Responsible for planning and controlling bonded materials in Malaysia and import/export materials, ensuring compliance with local customs regulations.
