Job summary

FAIR WORK (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Planning & Material Control (PMC) Manager in Penang to lead the PMC team and optimize material flow from suppliers to production. You will drive MRP, MPS, production planning and capacity planning in a fast-moving EMS environment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in planning and materials, 3+ years in leadership, and strong EMS/PCBA experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Kinaxis. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Planning, Material Control, Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong experience in EMS / PCBA / Electronics Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, MPS, BOM, demand planning, capacity planning and inventory control.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Baan, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience managing material shortages, CTB, supplier commitments and production recovery.
• NPI and engineering change experience will be an advantage.
