Job summary

Sime Industrial Malaysia is seeking a proactive PM coordinator to manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities under CVA contracts for Caterpillar equipment. You will coordinate scheduling, service calls, parts ordering, and invoicing to ensure on-time completion within the +50-hour service window and aligned with Caterpillar maintenance intervals.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years' experience, strong IT skills (MS Office), and fluency

Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration or related field required.
4+ years of relevant working experience preferred.
Proficient IT skills with strong MS Office knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities for CVA contracts, ensuring service is completed accurately and within +50-hour window.
Monitor PM due dates and communicate requirements to branches and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and minimize delays.
Oversee PM scheduling, service call creation, parts ordering, invoicing, and end-to-end CVA PM operations.
Drive business development initiatives for PM services within Caterpillar frameworks, liaising with customers and dealer branches in Malaysia.
