Job summary

This is a full-time onsite position with five days per week on location. The successful candidate will drive process improvements and report directly to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Experience with process value analysis and improvement methods.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills for upper management.
• Knowledge of root-cause analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing project processes and procedures.
• Managing all aspects of projects: deadlines, responsibilities, and progress summaries.
• Reviewing adherence to materials, deliverables methodologies and procedures.
• Preparing and presenting project level reporting for upper management.
