Job summary

CMY BUILDERS PLT is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring work aligns with approved schedules.

You will supervise workers and subcontractors, read drawings, monitor safety, and maintain quality and progress reporting.

This role requires strong coordination with PM, designers, QS and suppliers, with emphasis on PPE compliance and timely handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision is required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Commitment to safety and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress to follow the approved schedule.
• Check workmanship, materials and installation quality.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Designer, QS, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Read and interpret drawings and site specifications.
• Conduct site measurements and inspections.
• Monitor material delivery and usage at site.
• Identify and report site issues, defects and delays.
• Ensure workers comply with PPE, safety and site regulations.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate defect rectification and assist with project handover.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
