Job description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Playschool Teacher to join our dynamic team at KOPERASI KAKITANGAN KUMPULAN BIMB HOLDINGS MALAYSIA BERHAD. As a contract role, this position will be based in Bandar Ainsdale, Negeri Sembilan and will play a vital part in educating and nurturing children in our playschool.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to support the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of children.

Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment that encourages learning and exploration.

Observing and assessing children's progress, and providing feedback to parents and guardians.

Collaborating with the wider playschool team to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to childcare.

Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education. KAp cert is a bonus!

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Playschool Teacher or in a similar early childhood education role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Creativity and resourcefulness in designing and delivering stimulating learning experiences.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Passion for supporting the holistic development of children.
