Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor for a global electronics assembly materials client. The role focuses on leading daily floor operations in a fast-paced plant, supervising operators and technicians, and driving yield and production targets.

Based in Johor, the incumbent will enforce safety and discipline, manage onboarding and training, and coordinate with on-site and China teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and high performance on the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach production operators and technicians to meet daily output goals and quality targets.
• Enforce safety, procedures, and housekeeping standards on the floor.
• Coordinate with China and Malaysia teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
• Conduct onboarding and training; handle grievances and disciplinary matters as needed.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics to the Manufacturing Manager.
