The role requires leadership of production teams, and collaboration with QA and maintenance functions to maintain safety and performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operational functions to maintain output, delivery timelines and efficiency metrics.
• Lead, mentor and organize production teams to uphold workplace discipline and performance.
• Execute continuous improvement strategies focused on process optimization, waste reduction and cost control.
• Partner with quality assurance teams to safeguard product standards and satisfy customer specifications.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.
