Qualifications

• Data-driven mindset to analyze production metrics and optimize performance.
• Background supervising operations in process-driven manufacturing (electronics or related).
• Lean / Six Sigma principles; certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Hit daily target outputs through shift leadership and coaching.
• Oversee health and safety, scrap, defects, and delivery dates for the cell.
• Enforce strict PPE, LOTO, and EHS compliance; support containment and corrective actions.
