Job summary

Pegaunihan Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate production scheduling and supervise on-site operations in Johor. You will ensure adherence to 5S standards, train new staff, and maintain quality compliance across shifts.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher and at least two years in a related field, with strong English and Malay skills; Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with Taiwan colleagues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in relevant field.
• Minimum two years' experience in related industry.
• Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan production arrangement and scheduling to meet timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day on-site production line operations and enforce 5S standards.
• Promote and monitor quality standards; identify and correct issues promptly.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and training to improve efficiency.
