Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking a proactive junior professional to support digital transformation initiatives and drive the migration of manual processes to digital-first experiences. You will collaborate with product, operations, and tech teams to gather requirements and help translate them into actionable designs.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, up to 2 years of experience, and strong presentation skills with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a product, platform, operations, or technology-related role.
• Strong presentation and slide preparation skills for project updates and roadmaps.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Google Slides and AI tools to present data clearly.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills (process mapping, SOP writing, requirement gathering).
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, system workflows, and user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive migration from manual journeys to digital-first experiences.
• Monitor system performance trends and address bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with UX teams to improve user journeys across platforms.
• Own the tech roadmap execution across operations and product.
• Validate business requirements and translate into designs.
• Ensure delivery timelines align with GTM and priorities.
• Drive automation opportunities with tech and stakeholders.
• Provide handover to Ops teams after deployment.
