Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate to lead digital transformation and governance for our Business Platform Enablement teams in Kuala Lumpur. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in platform management, business analysis, digital transformation, operations, product delivery, or technology-related roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end business and technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across Business, Product, Technology, Digital and Operations teams.
• Experience with digital platforms, system integrations, customer journeys, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation and platform modernization across Commercial channels.
• Lead platform enhancements, SRs and CRs from requirements through deployment.
• Own the Commercial tech roadmap execution across Operations & Product and ensure timely delivery.
• Establish governance controls and ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of new capabilities across cross-functional teams.
