Job summary

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a senior professional to drive digital transformation and platform modernization across Commercial channels in Malaysia. You will own the tech roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that deployments, governance, and stakeholder engagements align with business goals.

The role requires experience in platform management, business analysis, and delivery across Digital and Operations, with strong communication and governance skills to navigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation and platform modernization across Commercial channels.
• Identify automation opportunities and simplify processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Maximize platform value through technology optimization.
• Lead and manage platform enhancements, SRs and CRs from requirements through deployment.
• Act as the bridge between Business, Product, Technology and Operations teams.
• Own the Commercial tech roadmap execution across Operations & Product.
• Establish governance controls and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, training and operational readiness for new capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user journey across platforms.
• Monitor adoption and implement continuous improvements.
• Lead UAT, deployment planning, business sign-off and post-release support.
• Develop platform roadmaps and drive enhancements aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Ensure successful transition of new capabilities into BAU operations.
