Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking an Associate for Business Platform Enablement & Governance to support long-term digital transformation initiatives and drive migration from manual journeys to digital-first experiences. You will help own the tech roadmap execution across Operations & Product, gather requirements, translate them into design specs, and ensure delivery aligns with business priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, computer science, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in product, platform, operations or technology-related role.
Strong presentation and slide preparation skills with ability to create clear roadmaps and SOPs.
Proficient with PowerPoint, Google Slides and AI tools to present data and recommendations clearly.
Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques to support research and productivity.
Strong analytical and documentation skills and good written/verbal communication.
