• Strong presentation and slide preparation skills for project status updates, roadmaps, SOPs, risk, and issues.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive migration from manual/legacy journeys to digital-first experiences.
• Own the Commercial tech roadmap execution across Operations & Product.
• Gather and validate business/product requirements, translate to design with Tech teams.
• Improve user journeys with UX teams and drive adoption across internal and customer touchpoints.
• Drive automation opportunities and streamline legacy SOPs.
• Coordinate deployment readiness and post-release support.
• Plan modernization initiatives to support future scalability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Digitalization & Scalability

• Support long-term digital transformation initiatives
• Drive migration from manual/legacy journeys to digital-first experiences
• Monitor system performance trends and address bottlenecks
• Maximize experience, best design/use of tech, systems, tech partner relationships

End-to-End Project Planning & Delivery

• To own the Commercial (Consumer & Enterprise) tech roadmap execution across Operations & Product
• Gather and validate business/product requirements
• Translate requirements Business Process Template (BPT) and High-Level Design (HLD) with Tech teams
• Validate system behavior aligns with business rules and customer journeys
• Ensure delivery timelines align with GTM and business priorities

User Engagement & Adoption

• Work with UX teams to improve user journeys across platforms
• Ensure new system are adopted across internal teams and customer touchpoints

SOP Optimization & Standardization

• Business Process Reengineering - Redesign business processes
• Drive automation opportunities with Tech & stakeholders
• Simplify and streamline legacy SOPs to improve efficiency

Governance & Risk Control

• Ensure SOP–system alignment to prevent inconsistencies
• Implement governance controls to reduce fraud exposure
• Monitor and mitigate risks related to system breaches or process gaps

Production Deployment & Post-Release Support

• Manage deployment readiness and coordinate with QA/tech teams
• Provide handover to Ops Support teams

System Upgrade & Enhancement

• Plan and oversee modernization initiatives across legacy systems
• Ensure systems support future product scalability and new features

REQUIREMENTS

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a product, platform, operations, or technology-related role
• Strong presentation and slide preparation skills with the ability to create clear, structured slides for: project status updates roadmap summaries SOP walkthroughs risk and issue tracking
• Proficient in using PowerPoint, Google Slides and AI tools to present data, processes, and recommendations in a clear, structured, and compelling manner.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong analytical and documentation skills (process mapping, SOP writing, requirement gathering)
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, system workflows, and user journeys
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain processes
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn complex systems
