JDE Peets is seeking a Maintenance Leader to ensure the reliability, availability, and efficiency of Mix, Fill & Pack and R&G production equipment in an instant coffee and tea plant. You will lead maintenance activities, drive PM/PdM programs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 5–8 years in FMCG maintenance with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, and experience with packaging and filling equipment is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or industrial engineering.
• 5–8 years in FMCG/food manufacturing maintenance.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role; experience with packaging lines preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance of Mix, Fill & Pack and R&G lines; supervise technicians.
• Develop and deploy PM and PdM programs; monitor reliability and downtime.
• Drive safety, quality, and food safety compliance; support audits.
• Lead cost optimization for spare parts and budget management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs for installation and commissioning.
