Akzo Nobel Paints (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring a plant operator to run production processes and assemble paints per worksheets and line leader instructions. You will handle dispersion, make up, filling, labeling, palletising, and related tasks to meet quality, safety, productivity and planning requirements.

Responsibilities include checking product conformity, recording data, submitting reports on time, and supporting CI projects.

Formación

• Some fluency in English, fluent in Bahasa, both in spoken, understanding and written.
• Experience in Warehouse operation, forklift / reach truck driving is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production machines (auto, semi-auto or manual) to process paints according to worksheets and instructions from the Line/Team Leader.
• Check that the product is produced according to specifications and in the required quantity before starting the process.
• Ensure product quality before releasing to the next process and observe the process, providing data as required.
• Submit all production reports on time and participate in CI projects and activities.

To operate production machine process – either auto, semi auto or fully manual – to execute production paints process and products into approved containers according to worksheet and instructions from the Line/Team Leader in accordance with quality, safety, productivity and planning requirements.

The production process includes either dispersion, make up, labelling/printing, filling, reworking, re-caning, and palletizing.

Dispersion, make up or filling the product as plan in sizes instructed in the worksheets or provided by the leader.

Checking to see of the product as plan are according to specifications and in the required quantity before starting the process.

Products execute according to the quantity requirement.

Check the quality of the product before releasing to the next process

Observe the process and provide data as required.

Provide suggestions for improvements.

Participate in CI projects and activities

Submit all production reports on time.

Submit all attendance, allowance reports on time

Job Requirement

Some fluency in English, fluent in Bahasa, both in spoken, understanding and written

Experience in Warehouse operation, forklift / reach truck driving is an advantage
