Alpha Holdings Sdn Bhd in Temiang, Seremban, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our tin and sand processing operations on-site.

You will oversee daily production, manage a skilled workforce, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety, and coordinate with maintenance, planning and logistics teams to meet output targets.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a background in mining/mineral processing, and a strong commitment to safety and environmental standards.

Formación

• Experience in mining/mineral processing operations with 5+ years.
• Strong leadership and team productivity improvement.
• Knowledge of production planning and wet-processing equipment.
• Experience implementing SOPs and monitoring performance.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental requirements.
• Willingness to work full-time on site in Temiang, Seremban.
• Experience in tin recovery, gravity separation, palong systems or shaking tables is an added advantage.
• Substantial practical plant management experience encouraged

Alpha Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced, hands-on Plant Manager to lead our tin and sand processing plant in Temiang, Seremban. This role reports directly to management and is responsible for daily plant operations, workforce performance and continuous operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise site workers, organising daily work, allocating manpower and improving team productivity

Manage production planning, wet-processing equipment, maintenance coordination and operational troubleshooting

Identify bottlenecks, reduce downtime, control operating costs and improve production output and product quality

Implement standard operating procedures, monitor performance and prepare daily production and management reports

Coordinate raw material supply, stockpile management, loading and dispatch with the sales and logistics teams

Ensure workplace safety and environmental requirements are met

About you

Proven experience managing a mining, quarry, sand-washing or mineral-processing operation, preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience

Strong leadership skills in supervising site workers and improving team productivity

Practical knowledge of production planning, wet-processing equipment, maintenance coordination and operational troubleshooting

Experience implementing standard operating procedures and monitoring performance

Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental requirements

Willingness to work full-time on site in Temiang, Seremban

Experience in tin recovery, gravity separation, palong systems or shaking tables is an added advantage

A qualification in Mining, Mineral Processing, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred; candidates with substantial practical plant management experience are also encouraged to apply
