Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a results-driven operations leader to head daily manufacturing activities at a core facility in Malaysia. You will drive efficiency, cost control, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.

You will oversee maintenance strategies, manage CAPEX planning, and lead a team to achieve KPIs while upholding quality standards, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder communication across regional clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably food processing or milling.
• Demonstrated capability in CI, cost control, and CAPEX management.
• Practical understanding of facility maintenance, safety and quality regulatory compliance.
• Proven team leadership with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills; Mandarin is an added advantage for regional liaising.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations to achieve KPI targets while upholding food safety standards.
• Lead maintenance strategies to optimize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Drive productivity improvements and manage cost control measures, directing CAPEX planning.

• Proven team leadership capabilities with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
