Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Site Financial Controller (Plant) based in Johor, Malaysia. You will partner with the Plant Finance Manager and site leadership to own plant financial control, drive profitability, and deliver robust costing, inventory and capital management across the PowerGen assembly operation.

• Strong financial control mindset with governance focus.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and month-end closing.
• Experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
• Ability to partner with operations, supply chain and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own plant financial control and performance management.
• Lead annual budget, long-range plan and rolling forecast.
• Manage product costing, inventory and manufacturing controls.
• Prepare concise management reporting and ensure data integrity.
• Evaluate CAPEX investments and drive productivity improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing and process- improvement initiatives.
