Qualifications

• Malaysian Local Financial Expertise.
• Proficiency in MFRS and local tax compliance.
• Experience with SST, corporate and personal income tax filings.
• Ability to identify and mitigate overseas tax risks.
• Manufacturing/chemicals experience preferred; cost accounting focus.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting; professional qualifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations for the Malaysia plant.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, SST, corporate and personal tax, and local audits.
• Oversee cost accounting, expense control, and fund ledger management.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to China headquarters per group standards.
• Identify and mitigate overseas tax and financial risks.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the plant.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
