Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a Finance leader to oversee Plant Costing, FP&A, and Tax Compliance for its local manufacturing operations in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The role focuses on cost control, budgeting, and regulatory adherence within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with 4–5 years of manufacturing finance experience; ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MIA qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA) advantageous.
• Minimum 4–5 years of finance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plant Costing & Manufacturing Control: maintain BOM standard costs, labor rates, and overhead absorption.
• COGS & Variance Analysis: perform month-end costing and variance analysis for DM, DL, scrap, and overheads.
• FP&A: lead annual budget, quarterly/monthly forecasts, and CapEx/capacity expansion analyses.
• Tax Management & Local Compliance: oversee CIT estimates, SST, duties, import exemptions, and TP documentation.
