Jabil, a global manufacturing and supply chain solutions provider, seeks a senior Planning Leader to drive continuous improvement in materials planning at a local site. You will lead the Planning Department, develop strategies, review capacity and master schedules, and ensure data integrity and budget adherence.

The role requires 9–12 years in materials planning, including 6 years in management, with strong analytics, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of logistics and tax considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required.
• 9 to 12 years related Materials experience including 6 years in a management role.
• Advanced PC skills including knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
• APICS/NAPM certification preferred but not required.
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Planning Department within the site.
• Create and implement new planning strategies.
• Review capacity modules and schedules.
• Ensure material liability coverage and master schedule data integrity.
• Monitor Key Performance Metrics of the Department.
• Maintain robust processes and documentation such as procedures and work instructions.
• Oversee departmental budgeting.
• Analyze revenue trends for the plant and report to stakeholders.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
