CDG Products Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage customer orders and inquiries for export markets (UK, Singapore, Malaysia). You will key in orders, provide confirmations, and coordinate shipments with couriers.

The role involves monitoring PO timelines, updating admins monthly, and ensuring accurate packing lists and documentation for export shipments.

Qualificações

• Candidate must have Diploma or 5 years of experience handling customer orders.
• Experience with export orders (UK, Singapore, Malaysia) is a plus.
• Familiarity with PO, packing lists and delivery arrangements is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to customer orders and enquiries for export markets.
• Enter client orders and provide order confirmations.
• Notify customers of PO delays or issues and arrange deliveries.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or/with 5 years of experience in handling customer order

Attend to customer's order and enquiry (UK, Singapore, Malaysia) - export

Key-in client order by creating picking slip and provide Order Confirmation to customer

Notify customers of any delay/issues of Purchase Order (PO)

Arrange delivery for Singapore shipment and prepare related documents

Check the readiness of finished goods including packing list preparation before delivery especially on courier pickup

Apply A-57 certificate for new export PO and update admin team by monthly

Updating and provide planner on PO due date timeline

Arrange shipment according to delivery instruction including courier booking

Update daily incoming PO report

Request for K2 form for all export shipments

Filling PO, shipment, job ticket

Prepare KPI report (delivery) by monthly

Perform additional job as required by superior
