Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planning Specialist in Malaysia to lead baseline development, recovery and mitigation programs. You will drive project scheduling, monitor critical paths and integrate digital models with construction sequencing.

Responsibilities include coordinating with BIM and project teams, advancing digital planning and simulation initiatives, and applying model-based planning tools to optimise progression across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Candidate should have strong knowledge of construction planning and sequencing
• Experience with digital planning and construction simulation is advantageous
• Knowledge of digital construction and model-based planning tools

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years experience in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning and sequencing.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in digital planning and construction simulation is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of digital construction and model-based planning tools.
