Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad in Malaysia seeks a QA/QC professional to manage the Quality Management System across project activities, performing inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.

You will identify and manage project risks, uphold ABAC policies, drive digitalization of quality processes, and maintain accurate documentation for management and client review.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).
• 3–5 years’ QA/QC experience in construction.
• Understanding of QA/QC and risk management practices.
• Knowledge of ABAC compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with digitalization to enhance quality management.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and in a fast-paced project environment.

Job description

Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).

3 to 5 years’ experience in QA/QC within construction.

Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QA/QC) and risk management practices.

Knowledge of Anti-Bribery and Corruption compliance requirements.

Familiarity in digitalization initiatives to enhance quality management processes.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
