Job summary

SFP Technology in Malaysia is seeking a Production Planning professional to coordinate schedules and material requirements to ensure on-time delivery.

You will monitor progress, track work orders from release to delivery, and support ISO 9001 and 5S compliance.

Diploma holders with 1–5 years' experience and strong MS Office skills are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Store, and Purchasing departments on production and material requirements.
• Monitor production progress and provide updates on job status and delivery schedules.
• Track work orders from production release until final delivery.
• Arrange transportation for incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Maintain accurate planning records, reports, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, Company policies, and 5S practices.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior or Management.
