Job summary

SIGLENT TECHNOLOGIES (M) SDN.BHD. is seeking an orderly and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage sales orders from receipt to delivery in Penang. You will ensure on-time fulfilment by coordinating with production and logistics teams.

The role requires SAP-based production scheduling, proactive bottleneck resolution, and accurate status reporting to material control. Electronics/semiconductor experience is preferred, with strong communication and execution skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or instrumentation industries is preferred.
• Proficient in SAP system operation; familiar with MES systems.
• Strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Receive sales orders from the market and drive on-time order fulfilment.
• Create orders and schedule production via SAP according to order priority.
• Compile daily shipment details and coordinate with warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks during order shipment.
• Provide timely status updates to the material control team to support material preparation.
• Review slow-moving finished goods to minimise excess stock.

Job description

Receive sales orders from the market, respond to delivery schedules, and drive on-time order fulfilment.

Create orders and schedule production via the SAP system according to order priority.

Compile daily shipment details and share with the warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery.

Proactively identify, resolve and escape bottlenecks during sales order shipment.

Update material control team promptly on sales order status to support timely and rational material preparation.

Conduct regular reviews of slow-moving finished goods inventory to minimise excess stagnant stock.

About you

Bachelor's degree or above.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Prior working experience in electronics, semiconductor, or instrumentation industries is preferred.

Proficient in SAP system operation; familiar with MES systems.

Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent execution capability.
