Job summary

Nation Gate Computing Sdn Bhd is seeking an Order Management/Planning Coordinator to own the integrated planning rhythm from demand to build plan and shipment commitment. The role requires coordinating with planning, materials control, production, warehousing and logistics to confirm order deliverability and maintain accurate status data.

Responsibilities include reviewing POs, preparing shipping notices and reports, and supporting customer portal updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain, logistics, business, or engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in order management, customer service, or planning coordination.
• Experience with manufacturing clients and English email communication preferred.
• Excellent English communication, attentiveness, and follow-up skills.

• Coordinate with planning, materials control, production, warehousing and logistics to confirm deliverability.
• Maintain the order status table and track overdue, partial, frozen and customer changes.
• Prepare shipping notices, responses, and daily/weekly delivery reports.
• Support customer system/portal updates to ASN, commit and shipment status.
• Responsible for S&OP management.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Review customer purchase orders (POs), including part number, quantity, price, delivery date, shipping address, trade terms, and special requirements.

2. Coordinate with planning, materials control, production, warehousing, and logistics departments to confirm order deliverability status.

3. Maintain the order status table and track overdue, partial, frozen, credit-frozen, and customer changes.

4. Prepare shipping notices, customer responses, and daily/weekly delivery reports.

5. Support customer system/portal updates to ASN, commit, and shipment status.

6. Responsible for S&OP management

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain, logistics, business, or engineering..

Years of Experience：2-5 years of experience in order management/customer service/delivery/planning coordination.

Industry Experience: Experience working with manufacturing clients and communicating via email in English is preferred.

Competencies: Attentiveness, customer focus, strong follow-up skills, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Interfaces: Clients, purchasing fulfillment, materials control, warehousing, production, quality, customs and logistics, and finance, etc.
