Job summary

Umech Construction in Kulai, Johor is seeking a project administrator or coordinator to manage schedules using Primavera P6, monitor progress, and coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include preparing tender submissions and progress reports, handling resource planning and cost allocations, and tracking delays with mitigation for Extensions of Time (EOT).

Relocation support may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6
• Monitor project progress and prepare recovery schedules where necessary
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors
• Prepare tender submissions, project proposals, and progress reports
• Manage resource planning and cost allocations
• Track delays, assess Extensions of Time (EOT), and propose mitigation plans
