Job summary

A project scheduler role in Malaysia is available to develop and maintain detailed work programmes and baselines using Primavera P6 and MS Project. The position requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure milestones and critical paths are met, while tracking progress and risks across the programme.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in WBS, CPM scheduling, and recovery planning, with the ability to prepare look-ahead programmes and mitigation strategies for project interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain master programme using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Prepare WBS & CPM schedules, identifying critical path, milestones and interfaces.
• Monitor progress, prepare S-curves, planned vs. actual progress and schedule updates.
• Track schedule performance, identify delays, constraints and programme risks.
• Prepare look-ahead & recovery programmes, including delay analysis and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE and subcontractors to ensure milestones are achieved.
