Job summary

Job description

Participate in the implementation of the APS system for textile production, ensuring a smooth transition and efficient utilization

Manage and maintain the APS system, staying updated with the latest features and enhancements

Utilize APS tools to calculate and design production capacity plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization

Develop and optimize production plans to ensure timely delivery

Coordinate closely with the production floor, ensuring seamless communication on planned schedules, required capacity, and outstanding schedule reports

Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any issues related to orders

Provide regular (daily/weekly) reports on production status and performance

Quickly adapt to changes in quantity and delivery dates based on sales feedback

Effectively manage changes, ensuring consistency with the APS system and minimal disruption to production

About you

Good understanding of factory operations, processes, and the manufacturing environment

Familiarity with knitting and dyeing processes, with the ability to formulate corresponding production plans

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cooperation among different departments

Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, enabling quick responses to complex production issues
