Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in production planning or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems or planning software (desirable but not essential for fresh graduates).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities to manage multiple planning priorities.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimise manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyse demand forecasts and collaborate with sales and operations teams to align production planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to minimise stockouts and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Track production progress against schedules and identify bottlenecks or delays.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, planning metrics, and capacity utilisation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and logistics.
