Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with recognized certification.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and passion for health and wellness.
• Experience in physiotherapy, occupational therapy or rehabilitation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pilates classes to clients of varying levels.
• Conduct initial client assessments and understand goals/limits.
• Design and modify programmes including rehab cases.
• Instruct techniques with proper form to prevent injury.
• Monitor progress and adjust programmes for advancement.
• Build strong client relationships and provide motivation.
• Maintain detailed records of sessions and progress.
