Job summary

Babel TTDI is hiring a Full-Time Pilates Instructor to lead high-energy Reformer and Mat classes, and deliver tailored 1-on-1 programs at the Babel TTDI rooftop studio in Kuala Lumpur. The role blends luxury service with precision coaching for movement, strength, and posture, in a premium wellness environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of group Reformer and private-session experience, a comprehensive Pilates certification, and a hospitality-minded mindset to align with Babel's luxury guest

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (500+ hours) covering Mat & Reformer; Cadillac/Chair is a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience instructing group Reformer classes and 1-on-1 private sessions in a premium studio or club.
• Warm, articulate, dynamic, hospitality-minded personality to match Babel's premium experience.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics, cueing, regressions/progressions, and safe post-rehab modifications.
• Availability to work peak club hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, technically sound Group Reformer and Mat Pilates classes.
• Conduct private 1-on-1 Reformer/Mat Pilates programs and assessments.
• Engage members to drive class retention and private package renewals.
• Collaborate with physiotherapy, recovery, and wellness teams for rehabilitation or pre/post-natal care.
• Maintain Pilates equipment to luxury club standards.
