• Ability to modify exercises for varying fitness levels and limitations.
• First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proficiency with studio management software and fitness tracking tools.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve health goals.
• Professional, reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Experience in a healthcare or wellness facility is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group Pilates classes with emphasis on form, technique and safety.
• Develop personalised Pilates programmes tailored to client goals and abilities.
• Provide guidance and motivation throughout the fitness journey.
• Assess client fitness and monitor progress, adjusting programmes as needed.
• Demonstrate Pilates movements with clarity to ensure correct execution.
